We had a birthday party last weekend for a friend of Cade & Brooks and it was a gator party....literally!!! They had an alligator farm bring in a couple of alligators for the kids to pet, hold, torture, you name it, they did it to the poor gators!! Of course their mouths were taped shut.
First we ate some cake and ice cream....
(Note Brooks going cross eyed....it's a new trick Daddy and Dani taught him...ugh!!)
Cade was the first brave one to pet the alligator....
Dani found her "college job"...she said she thinks it would be so fun to work somewhere like that during college. I tried to explain to her that the alligator's mouths aren't always taped shut!! But she was handling both of the alligators more than the employees that brought them. She was great with all of the little kids and keeping all of the petting lines organized and controlled!
Eventually the boys warmed up and held the alligator, with assistance from sister of course!
Dani got so friendly with the alligator she even leaned in for a kiss...GROSS!!!
That's right people...I muscled up enough strength to hold the alligator myself!! Frame this pic bc you will probably never see me do it again!!!
And then Brooks wanted to hold the alligator so we could send RaRa a picture....he even gave it a hug and a kiss!! Side note: he dressed the part as well, pure personal choice of his!
We had a great time at the birthday party..Happy Birthday Evans and thanks for inviting us to join in on the fun!!
