Summertime Fun!

So far we have had a GREAT summer!!!

The boys love playing outside.....

They love playing and chasing lizards...
(Brooks likes to hold and shake them, Cade likes to chase them)

And they love eating sno balls....

They like to play in the kitchen while mommy makes dinner.....

More outside time playing in the sprinklers, Dani loves to join in on the fun too!!

Playing with chalk on the driveway....Brooks quickly figured out it isn't edible.....

Daddy got a new toy this summer too.....as he put it, it is an investment for our future...(I am sure you can hear me laughing out loud right now)

Brooks LOVES eating snoballs....they get ALL over the child but boy are they yummy!!!

We ate LOTS of Pizza!!!

We even went shopping at the mall as a family....and it was interesting!! I am pretty sure we were THAT family that was making a scene in every store we went in!!!

We even had a watermelon party...which ended in the watermelon smashed all over the driveway because the kids discovered it was more fun to throw it and watch it explode than to eat it....

Cade enjoying a watermelon treat at daycare with his friends.....

This is Brooks trying out his new shoes for the first time....he wasn't too sure about his big boy kicks....

They always have a blast splashing in the pool....

(this picture makes me laugh, I am not sure what Cade is doing here)

Dani was playing a game to see how fast she could fill up the buckets by dipping her hair in water and squeezing it.....the boys love their big sis and they think she is so funny!!

We ate breakfast one Saturday morning as a family at Cracker Barrel....everyone got comfy in the rockers!!

Dani and I had a girls day. We saw the movie "Brave" in 3D and then went shopping for camp supplies and fun girly things :) In Dani's words...."We need to do this more often"!!
And this is one of my favorite times, cuddling with my little men reading them some books & Bible stories.....

Our summer is almost over, more fun pics and posts to come....

TO BE CONTINUED.....
