VBS

Amazing Wonders Aviation

Memory Verse:
Psalm 147:5 "Great is our Lord, and of great power; his understanding is infinite."

Dani had her first week of summer with us last week....WAHOO!!! We love summer time because we feel like our family is complete for an extended period of time!! Dani will be with us a total of six weeks this summer.....

She came last week and attended VBS at our church, First Baptist of Zachary.

Here she is at story time....(she is in the very front)

here she is with some of her friends that she met during the week
(you can tell I was "embarrassing her", haha)

Group shot of the sanctuary, there were over 350 kids there during the week!!! Praise the Lord!!!!

A little praise and worship time....Dani's favorite song of the week was AMAZING (see video below to see her dancing and doing the moves)

This is the children's pastor, Brother Stanley, juggling knives. He told the kids if they brought over 350 kids on the last day he would juggle, and here is the proof!!

Dani with her teacher, Mrs. Amanda. She LOVED her!! Mrs. Amanda is great, she is in our Sunday School class and has a real passion for sharing the gospel. I was so happy that Dani was with her last week!!!

Dani with all of her arts and crafts....
keychain, airplane, bulletin board, and knecklace....looks great!!

Dani had a great time!! She met lots of good girls, memorized her memory verse, sang her little heart out, and learned a lot about aviation for Jesus!! Her teacher sent me a text one day and told me how sweet Dani was and how much of a joy she had been all week. She said always very excited to learn, she was a beautiful singer and was asking really great questions!! That is always great to hear as a parent :)

We have some fun things planned for the summer. Dani will be returning the last week in June for an extended 5 week stay...YIPEE!!! She kicks it off with missions camp then BR zoo camp, GA camp, cheer camp, cooking camp and then horse camp!! It should be a super fun summer!!!!!

Don't worry...pictures will follow :)
