Cade's first T-ball game commenced!!
Team Name: Texas Rangers, Cade is #4
Pre-game pictures...he was looking sharp in his new uniform and ready to go PLAY BALL!
We took a few more pics once we got to the field while we were waiting on the team to start warming up....
The team took the field to warm up....
And then it was time to play ball!! The Rangers took the field first, Cade was placed at center field.
He did great the first inning, he was one of the only ones still standing, watching the ball!
Batter Up #4!!
He had a great first hit and off he ran to 1st base....GO CADE GO!!!!
He even had a few extra fans come out to support him!!
Daddy is his biggest fan...I love watching them together!
The last inning Cade got to play 1st base!! He actually did pretty well for his first time playing that position. If he missed the ball he would run after it and throw it to home plate.
While the organization of the teams wasn't the greatest, the Rangers had a great first game. I had to keep reminding myself that T-ball is not the minors and these are the days they get to go out, have fun, learn the rules of the game and most of all PLAY BALL!!! Looking forward to many more games ahead in our future....GO RANGERS!
