Dani Summer Update

Dani said she has been having a great summer so far in San Angelo at her mom's house!!

 

The first half of the summer she attended the SABA and performed "The Wizard of Oz". She had three roles in the play, a Jitterbug, a Tree and a Poppy. She practiced every day all day for a whole month and then the performance was June 30th.

 

They went on a little vaca and she sent me these pics...

They had a couple of silly dress days at camp. This was for superhero day. She was Dani-girl! She said she won an award for being most creative!

 

And this was one day where they got to run through a color maze....

She came back for a short weekend visit over Father's day. The boys were so excited to pick her up from the airport....

And here she is with the flowers we sent her. Since we couldn't make it for the performance, we had flowers delivered to wish her luck! We can't wait to watch the DVD!

 

And lastly here is the "summer fun package" we sent her at the beginning of the summer to get her through the summer without us. Although we know she is having so much fun, we wanted to send a few things to help her remember us and have some added fun!!

 

 

She has also been working hard on her math lessons for the advanced math program she placed in at the end of the school year last year. She is also practicing her swimming techniques in hopes of making the middle school swim team next school year! We are looking forward to July 24th when we get her back home for good!!
