Russ' High School Graduation

As you probably have figured out by now, my blog's focus is mainly our kids, trips we take and our little family. However, somtimes I like to highlight special events or family accomplishments so I cannot pass up the opportunity to post about my little brother who reached a HUGE milestone last week!!!

Robert Russell Parker III graduated from Venice High School on Saturday, June 2nd at 10:00 a.m. with a graduating class of over 500 kids!!

My little brother graduated high school....WHAT??!!! I cannot believe that he is a real man now!!! We are so proud of him and are grateful that we were there to experience this exciting time in his life!!!

I would say that is one handsome, happy graduate!! 

The boys stayed in the shade and ate apple jacks and threw rocks during the ceremony....we quickly figured out it was too hot in the sun and their attention span was not well suited for a 500 + graduation :)

Gramme helped referee Cade's rock throwing between the people, I think he only hit one person!

Proud parents....their last graduate!! Congrats Mom and Dad for raising such a respectful young man!! Your empty nest is closer than ever now!!
