Cade had his pre-K testing today at Early Steps which is the public preschool program in Zachary.
I prepared him as we were walking in that this was going to be his new school next year and today they had to ask him some fun questions to see how smart he was!!
He was SOOOO excited....as you can see!
I was not allowed to go back with him, but he took the teachers hand with no problems because she immediately greeted him as "superman" which as you know, he thought was really cool. She told him as they were walking off that she liked his camo hat and he told her he "likes to duck hunt"!! That would have been a proud daddy moment!
Cade said he had to write his name and answer questions like what a circle was and name the different colors. The teacher said he did excellent and they look forward to having him next year.
I cannot believe my sweet little man is about to start real school, riding a real bus and becoming a big boy!! It was definitely a bittersweet moment for me!
